The apartment is located at Avenida Paralel 65. It is a sunny apartment with a big Solarium -Terrace accessible from the dining/living-room and the bedroom. It has an area of 55 m2, a living/ dining-room with a flat screen TV,DVD, with fully equipped integrated kitchen with all the kitchen appliances and utensils. The room is double and has a fully equipped bathroom. It is a new apartment with air-conditioning and heating throughout. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: must pay directly establishing the amount corresponding to the mandatory tourist tax: 3.30 € per adult per night up to a maximum of 7 days
CHARMSUITES FRONT DESK TIME: Monday to Sunday: 2pm to 9pm CHECK-IN: 2pm CHECK-OUT: 11am Check-in from 09.01 pm to 01.59 am will have a supplement of € 50. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Check-in not available AFTER 02.00pm Tourist tax will be charged separately.
It is absolutely forbidden to hold parties in the apartments.

We stayed in apartment 3 floor 1 which was very spacious with open plan lounge, dining table and kitchen. The bedroom and lounge both opened out on to a huge terrace with sun loungers and another dining table - the largest terrace I have seen for one apartment. I was amazed by the apartment especially given its city centre location. The staff were very friendly and helpful. This was a great find and I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again when in Barcelona. Fantastic apartment.

The apartment is great and as advertised. A very good location -- walkeable to much of Barcelona. The apartment was good sized; very new and clean; had new appliances; a huge backyard patio; and because it has a front desk and a locked door to the building, felt very safe. I'd stay there again and would recommend it to others as well.
