The upper floor has 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom, as well as another terrace-solarium for sunbathing. Maximum capacity up to 6 people. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: must pay directly establishing the amount corresponding to the mandatory tourist tax: 3.30 € per adult per night up to a maximum of 7 daysCHARMSUITES FRONT DESK TIME: Monday to Sunday: 2pm to 9pm CHECK-IN: 2pm CHECK-OUT: 11am Check-in from 09.01 pm to 01.59 am will have a supplement of € 50. IMPORTANT INFORMATION: Check-in not available AFTER 02.00pm Tourist tax will be charged separately.
It is absolutely forbidden to hold parties in the apartments.

There is a need for some renovation in the apartment . You shall add many thing ( small pots, glasses, dishes etc...to the kitchen and a dish washer will be perfect).

We were back at Charmsuites for the 4th time. Big fan of Barca. Location is great, close to bars, restaurants theaters. The Metro will take you everywhere. Paralel station is in front of the appartement. Great place to stay with the whole family!

Everything was how we expected - not bad, but not excellent! Staff greeted us on arrival and that was great (we arrived at 00:30)! Two of us had to sleep on a sofa (we knew that), but there were no blankets for 6 guest, only for 4 (it was cold at that time)! There was no toilet treats, no wc brush and only one trash basket in the kitchen! Window in the master bedroom was a bit broken, we couldn’t close it till all the way (as I told, it was cold weather)! But the staff was great and helpful! Location was great! Thank you!

This is a very clean and fresh pent house to stay in the bed are wonderful to sleep in and the service from Erik and Mark was unbaleaveably good thanks again guys will defo be booking again

We all had a very pleasant stay. There was onnly a problem with the energy, while cooking.
